CREDIT ADMINISTATOR

Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify documentation (agreements, legal documents, and policy) in accordance with credit approval and related regulations.
  • Review and ensure all
    documentation is well-signed and stamped. Responsible for conducting disbursement
    procedure.
  • Ensure all
    documentation is systematically filed and manage the expiry date and
    effectiveness of all documentation.
  • Ensuring post
    disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions, etc.
  • Assist in liaison with
    external professionals & lawyers for the implementation & completion of
    lending related activities.
  • Set-up and maintenance
    of credit facilities within the Banks core banking and risk systems where
    required.
  • Safe keeping of
    confidential document including hard title.
  • Assist in the
    preparation of NBC’s reports, CBC report and management reports.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in the
      field of banking and finance, accounting, economic, law or other equivalent.
    • At least 1-year
      experience in microfinance/bank
    • Good Understanding of
      English both spoken and written
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft, Advance Excel, and Loan Management System
    • High motivation,
      initiative, willing and able to travel to the field
    • Ability to work against
      tight deadlines and within time constraints
    • Good behavior,
      committed and disciplined
    • A person of being
      responsible, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate to new invention
    • Proactive, flexible and
      a good team player
    • Ability on problem solving and good communication skills
