CREDIT OFFICER
Job responsibilities
- Identifying potential loan customers
- Gather and review loan applications, including verification of financial statements, income, employment, and credit history.
- Analyze the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses seeking loans.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential red flags and mitigating factors.
- Communicate decisions to applicants, explaining loan terms, conditions, and interest rates in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure all loans processing is aligned with company policy & procedure.
- Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Participate in company marketing campaign
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4th year in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economic, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit officer role.
- Highly motivated individual.
- Good communication both oral and written of Khmer and English.
- Good Computer literacy especially MS Office.
- Ability to ride a motorbike.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
